DualSense, PlayStation 5’s game controller, is introduced


 It's not yet known what PlayStation 5 looks like. However, Sony has revealed its new game controller for the next generation of games console. The game controller, which will come with PlayStation 5, is dualSense. DualSense is the most distinctive gaming controller in PlayStation’s history over 25 years.

It is important to note that the change that DualSense brings is not only limited to the external appearance, but also important technical innovations have been made. As previously announced, the new game controller with contactual feedback comes with a "adaptive trigger mechanism". This allows players to adjust the resistance of their trigger keys to suit different game effects.

With DualSense, Sony is adding a microphone to the PlayStation controller for the first time. In addition, the long-awaited USB-C input finally takes its place on the PlayStation controller. Changing to a new dual tone color scheme, Sony also offers a more circular design in general.

Changing the name of the Share button to "Create". The button will give players a new way to share epic game content with the world, Sony said in a statement. The company underlined that further details of this subject will be shared when PlayStation 5 is close to its launch.


Some button designs on DualSense are also different from those on DUALSHOCK 4. For example, the PlayStation button is now available in the original form of the PlayStation logo. In addition, the design of the trigger keys (L1, L2, R1, R2) has become more “angled” than before.
